Ray C. Carter, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer

 

 

With 17 years of experience in direct sales and marketing, Mr. Carter is known for his ability to create and implement successful systems and strategies in the consumer products marketplace. Respected throughout the Direct Sales Industry, he is considered a top executive in the field.

Mr. Carter joins STEMTech to create the organization and strategies necessary to launch cutting edge nutraceutical technologies utilizing the power of direct sales distribution. He has extensive experience with both private and public companies, from start up to Fortune 500. Mr. Carter is well versed in all aspects of corporate management including product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate administration, information systems and finance.

Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with honors.



Christian Drapeau
MSc, Chief Science Officer

 


Mr. Drapeau is an author, research scientist and neurophysiologist with over thirteen years of research experience in the fields of natural foods and nutrition. He has lectured on nutrition to over 30,000 people since 1994, presenting profound health information and insights with clarity and humor.

Mr.Drapeau has been the Director of Research at Desert Lake Technologies since 2000, pursuing scientific research in collaboration with various universities and research centers on the health benefits of certain botanical raw materials. Based on research he produced, and information he researched from other various scientific teams, Mr. Drapeau and his collaborators recently proposed and published a breakthrough theory on adult stem cell physiology, and is the co-inventor of StemEnhance.

Mr. Drapeau received a bachelor’s degree in Neurophysiology from McGill University, Montreal, in 1987 and a master’s degree from the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery from the Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University, Montreal, in 1991.



John W. Meyer
Vice President of Operations


 

John brings to STEMTech over 27 years of experience with major direct selling companies marketing nutrition and personal care products. During his ten years with Shaklee Corporation, John was regional operations manager, responsible for warehouse, distribution and data processing networks. As Vice President of Logistics for MXM Essential Formulas, he assisted in the start-up phase where the company experienced major growth in its first year of operations. At Arbonne, also as VP of Logistics, he re-engineered logistics operations, planned a new state-of-the-art distribution facility, implemented new software systems and handled all transportation for a company experiencing massive growth.

John earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco.


 



Donna Antarr, M.D.

Vice President of Training & Product Development

 


A Board-certified Doctor of Medicine,Donna Antarr is STEMTech's new VP of Training and Product Development.  Dr.Antarr is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Medicine, and is a published author.  Recognizing the important role of nutrition in health, Dr. Antarr also earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.  She has served on the medical Board of Pharmanex, a large network marketing company distributing nutritional products.  Prior to her study of medicine, Dr.Antarr graduated from the New York School of Performing Arts and was a professional ballet dancer.

 


 



Heather Livingston, M.Sc.

Vice President, Global Product Training & Sports Marketing

 


Heather brings to STEMTech HealthSciences over 20 years experience in the health and nutritional education and training field. She is recognized as in international expert in the fields of nutrition, sports nutrition, and well-being. She is a highly sought after public speaker, television presenter, and published author in nutrition, fitness, health, and well-being related magazines, books, and training manuals. Heather advised the National Basketball Association (NBA), Federation Internationale Basketball Association (FIBA), Asian Basketball Confederation (ABC), and various teams in the International Hockey League (IHL). She continues to work with professional and Olympic athletes around the world.

Prior to StemTech, Heather was the Vice President of International Training and a key member of the Scientific Advisory Board for Herbalife International and the International Nutrition Trainer for the Nutrilite Brand of Amway. Additionally, she was with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where she managed the health education program, LIVE FOR LIFE. Her education includes a Masters of Science degree, emphasizing human nutrition, public health and excersice physiology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors degree from the University of California, emphasizing sports nutrition, physiology, and rehabilitation. She has lived around the world and has worked in over 120 countries.

Heather's mission: to educate and motivate people to take to heart their health and nutritional well-being. She focuses her time and efforts on Distributors and professional athletes, assisting them to cherish their health so that they may continue to reach their personal and financial goals.


 



Andy Goodwin

Vice President of European Markets


 

Andy Goodwin, a native New Zealander and citizen of the United Kingdom, joins STEMTech as VP of European Markets. Based in London, Andy has acquired vast industry experience over twenty years, heading both Western and Eastern European operations for companies including Herbalife, Jeunique,Nutri-metrics and Excel Communications. He was a board member and owner of a publicly traded direct sales firm in Great Britain, which he helped turn highly profitable before he sold his interest in the company. Andy is an accomplished public speaker, a world class sailor, and he is fluent in English and Russian.


 


Oscar Rosas
Vice President of Latin American Markets


 

VP of Latin American Markets is Oscar Rosas, who also brings more than twenty years experience in international network marketing to the STEMTech team. Oscar was a primary driver for the expansion of Herbalife into Latin America and into 23 countries worldwide, becoming the first Hispanic employee to be promoted to Director level in that company. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has also served as consultant with a number of start-up companies, developing the Hispanic markets in the United States and Canada. Oscar's broad corporate background in logistics, computer operations, sales and marketing and telecommunications will be valuable assets in his new responsibilities.


 


George Antarr
Vice President of North American Markets

 


Joining the STEMTech executive team is George Antarr, who will apply more than 20 years experience as both a top performing distributor and senior corporate executive to his new responsibilities as VP of North American Markets. As a consultant for some of the largest companies in our industry, George has authored compensation plans and training programs; and he works closely with his wife, Dr. Donna Antarr, in the development of cutting-edge systems for training and support. George is known for his ability to coach and mentor people, helping them to move beyond their comfort zones for their personal growth and development. He is also a world-class sailor, winner of awards in sailing competitions.




Errol C. Lester

Vice President of African Markets




Born and raised in South Africa, Errol has nearly twenty years’ successful experience in starting and managing network marketing enterprises. He has exceptional expertise as primary field leader interface, and has opened new countries for two major industry companies. While at AIM International as Executive Vice President, he oversaw all things related to distributor relations worldwide and traveled to conduct regional training events. While at Sportron International, he was the General Manager for the company’s South African operation.

Errol's reputation for excellence is well-established and his ability to communicate effectively with positive energy and integrity and to build rapport, has made him a favorite with field leaders. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, and has permanent resident status in the United States, where he lives with his wife, a university professor.


 


 

Jonathan Lim
Vice President of Asian Markets

 

Jonathan Lim brings a wealth of international marketing experience to his new position as STEMTech's VP of Asian markets. A former bank officer, Jonathan left banking to become a sought-after consultant in the Asia-Pacific region for many large companies, including Amway, Tupperware and Hitachi. He later became an owner and senior executive of a number of direct selling companies that distribute nutritional products, including Viva LifeSciences and New Health International, and developed exceptional expertise in the growth and support of the North American Asian market. Fluent in English, Chinese, Malay and Indonesian, and holder of an MBA from UCLA, Jonathan brings to STEMTech vast international experience in assisting the opening and running of network marketing companies in nations of the Asia-Pacific region.


 


 

Bryan Noar
Director, Sales & Marketing

Bryan Noar’s successful track record in our industry spans approximately 20 years, both as a top distributor and as a corporate executive.

A business major and Certified Public Accountant by profession, Bryan was introduced to network marketing in 1988. Intrigued by the extraordinary incomes and lifestyles available to those who worked hard, he immediately jumped in with both feet and has not looked back since.

After becoming a top distributor with one of the industry's largest and most successful companies, NuSkin, Bryan turned his attention to the nutritional field where he once again achieved significant success. He later accepted the challenge of transitioning to a corporate executive role within our industry, utilizing his business knowledge and field expertise to excel in sales, marketing, training and other high level executive positions.

In addition to his extensive experience creating and implementing sales and marketing tools, training systems and motivational programs, Bryan’s unquenchable passion for helping people makes him a tireless field leader and mentor.
